About us
We are a small company that deals with short or long stays in Florence with apartments and rooms in a building dating back to the fourteenth century.
Our mission is to leave a pleasant memory of the experience in Florence in the heart of our guests. Also, and perhaps above all, in short stays our eye on details is placed on the guest. Don’t worry if you don’t know what to do or see in Florence, we’ll be happy to help you creating your perfect Florentine stay!
We will try to give maximum assistance while not staying at the building 24 hours a day: at check-in we provide our contacts making sure we take support for any questions or need. However, for emergencies, we are able to reach the building in a short time: we all live close by! Being passionate for our territory and first of all coming from Florence, it was impossible for us to not show and make our guests living the city with our eyes! We want our guests to always feel at their home… away from home!

Parking
Palazzo San Niccolò is not in ZTL. You can park your car in the streets or if you prefer we can help you to book upon availability in a private garage in Via de’ Renai, the parallel street of Palazzo San Niccolò.The average cost is 30€ per day and you can pay directly on site. The park is accessible 24/7.
Pick up
Our Palazzo San Niccolò Exclusive Driver will welcome you upon arrival at any of the local train stations or nearby airports. Our experienced driver (with official chauffeur’s certification NCC required by the City of Florence) will meet you at the arrival gate or platform, also offering assistance with your luggage.
We offer transfers to and from the main airports of Florence, Pisa and Bologna and any Florence train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella, Firenze Campo di Marte, Firenze Rifredi). Please do not hesitate to contact us to ask about our private transfer services!
