Palazzo San Niccolò offers its guests different interior rooms and outside areas :

The Lounge – a large rectangular room of 110 square meters with high ceilings and a beautiful bay window with dedicated entrance on the street. The space can be organized with tables set up for dinners and banquets with a capacity of approx. 65 people and for standing aperitifs and informal dinners for about 100 people.

The room already has tables and seats and is also suitable for conferences and corporate meetings for around 50 guests.

The Salone Magnoli is 50 square meters lit by 4 large windows overlooking the garden , the environment is particularly suitable for small group meetings, business presentations or small aperitifs and can easily welcome up to 30 people.

From the two spaces there is a direct access to the private covered courtyard overlooking the garden, which can also be booked for any type of event.

Both solutions are perfectly adaptive according to the number of guest and allow you to have excellent solutions always: even during the winter season or in case of bad weather.

The entire property could be offered for the exclusive use of the client and their guests.
